OFS HONORED BY AT&T AS OUTSTANDING SUPPLIER

Norcross, Georgia, June 16,  2008 — Commitment to excellence over the past year has earned OFS recognition as an outstanding supplier to affiliates of AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T), one of the world’s leading data, voice, wireless and Internet services providers.

OFS received one of the 27 supplier recognition awards for its work in helping AT&T deliver outstanding service to its customers during the past year.  OFS was recognized for its contributions in the area of Product/ Service Performance.
